The founders
We are Aymeric and Guillaume, two friends with a passion for sport, nature and nutrition, who met on university benches in 2015.
On returning from a year in Australia and as part of our doctorate in industrial pharmacy at Grenoble Alpes University, we decided to start a thesis project on nutrition. Initially focusing on clinical nutrition, we became interested in the problems of the sports nutrition market and decided to find concrete ways of addressing them.
In the modest sports careers of our younger years, we were tempted to consume various types of sports nutrition products, particularly recovery and protein products. But we never consumed them, as we were poorly educated about their benefits, and distrustful of their quality and origin.
So we created our products, initially for ourselves, and to this day we remain their first daily users and testers.
It was right from the early stages of research and development that Protéalpes was founded: 100% sports nutrition without additives or sweeteners, extensive sourcing of raw materials to find the best for each ingredient, all with impeccable traceability and total transparency.
Today, despite the difficulties, Protéalpes has managed to carve out a place for itself among the major players in sports nutrition, particularly in the world of professional sports, and we're very proud of this. We, Aymeric and Guillaume, are still at the head of the company and will continue to maintain the same level of rigor and quality that has made Protéalpes such an incredible success in just a few years.
