About the recipe
Dates, protein powder, chocolate and almond butter. These protein bars are delicious and will give you the boost you need today!

Per 50 g unit approx.
- 150 g pitted dates
- 100 g almond butter
- 1 scoop Protéalpes no-sugar-added whey (cocoa, vanilla or caramel flavour)
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 4 squares of organic 85% lecithin-free dark chocolate (melted)
Steps to follow
Step 1
Place the dates in a blender and blend.
With your hands, mix them with the rest of the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous paste which you will mold with your hands into a dozen small bars (or balls, as you prefer).
Step 2
Coat with melted dark chocolate and chill for a few hours in the fridge until solid.

Leave the bars in the freezer to keep them longer.
