Composition & benefits :
Whey protein: whey is a high-quality protein, rich in essential amino acids, particularly leucine, which plays a crucial role in muscle protein synthesis. Consumption of whey promotes muscle recovery and growth, particularly important after training.
Peanut butter: a source of mono- and polyunsaturated lipids, peanut butter contributes to good cardiovascular health. It also provides protein and fiber, useful for satiety and stabilizing blood sugar levels.
Maple syrup or honey: these ingredients provide simple, unrefined carbohydrates for a quick source of energy. They also contain antioxidants and minerals.
Nutritional advice
You can add a little low-sugar cocoa to vary the taste of the power balls.
These 3-ingredient protein balls are particularly suited to the nutritional needs of athletes.

Conservation :
- Refrigeration: These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, staying fresh for up to a week.
