For 50 g balls
Ingredients
- 150 g pre-cooked rolled oats
- 1 scoop no-sugar-added cocoa or vanilla whey powder
- 280 g soft, pitted dates
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Steps to follow
Step 1
Blend the oats in a blender.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a paste.
Step 3
Shape into 20 balls. You can roll them in shredded coconut. Refrigerate for 2 hours. You should get 10 balls weighing around 50 g.
