Ingredients
- 1 small ripe banana
- 15 g, or 1/2 serving of Protéalpes no-sugar-added whey in the flavour of your choice( preferablycocoa whey )
- 25 g gluten-free oat flour (can be replaced by coconut flour or almond flour)
- 15 g non-alkaline cocoa powder
- 30 g peanut butter
- 15 g pure maple syrup
- 50 ml vegetable milk of your choice
Steps to follow
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, whey, flour of your choice, cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 2
In a small microwave- or gas-safe dish, melt the peanut butter with the maple syrup and add to the mixture until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Add the milk of your choice until the desired consistency is reached.
Step 4
Garnish with dried fruit and enjoy!
Nutritional advice
The longer you leave the mixture in the fridge, the thicker it becomes. You can therefore prepare the dish the day before for the next day.
