Ingredients
- 100 g smooth peanut butter
- 1 scoop Protéalpes whey protein strawberry flavour with no added sugar
- 50 g reduced-sugar strawberry jam
- 60 g oat flour
Steps to follow
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, mix all your ingredients with a spatula until you obtain a soft paste.
Step 2
By hand, roll the dough into uniform balls. Place in the fridge to harden!
Practical tips
If your dough is too wet or sticky, add a little more coconut flour. If your dough is too powdery, add a little more almond milk or water.
