Nutritional advice
Protein smoothies can be stored overnight in the fridge - so it's easy to prepare several shakers in advance for those in a hurry.
To store your whey smoothies at their best, place your smoothie in a glass container, tightly sealed with a lid.
Whey smoothies can also be frozen (which makes them even more shelf-stable, so they'll be perfect on a hot summer's day when you take them out of the freezer).
