For 3 pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 scoops sugar-free vanilla whey
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 500 ml milk (conventional or vegetable)
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Steps to follow
Step 1
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Spray the pan with vegetable oil.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
Pour some of the batter into the pan and stir until it spreads.
Step 3
Cook until the underside of the pancake is golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Loosen the edges of the crepe with a rubber spatula and carefully turn over.
Cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until the pancake is done.
