Deliveries

At Protéalpes, as with production, logistics and shipping are also managed in-house. We have developed our own logistics site in Ardèche, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, France. We chose this area out of convenience, and to enable our first historical employee, a local resident, to progress to logistics manager. We produce protein isolates in Albertville in the same filtration plant, under the responsibility of a pharmacist in charge, and then transport the finished products to the storage site once a month or so, to prepare the parcels that will be delivered by us to Colissimo.

The transport of people for manufacturing and of finished products is systematically pooled and optimized to reduce unnecessary kilometers.

Each parcel is prepared by hand by our logistics teams, taking care to protect the products with recyclable materials to minimize the risk of breakage during transport.
The delivery stage is the only stage we cannot totally control. From the outset, we have worked with colissimo, which is a safe, high-quality solution. Should you encounter any difficulties or problems with the delivery of your Protéalpes products, rest assured that we will do our utmost to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. The delivery times indicated below are given as an indication.

Unfortunately, certain exceptional situations beyond our control, as well as border controls for deliveries outside France, may have an impact on these times. We apologize in advance and assure you that we will do our utmost to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

For mainland France and Corsica

Colissimo home delivery

• Home delivery takes 2-5 working days. Delivery costs €5.50 for orders under €50.
• For orders over €50, delivery is €1. 

Colissimo delivery

• Pickup delivery takes 2-5 working days. Delivery costs €4.95 for orders under €50.
• For all orders over €50, delivery is free.

For Reunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte and St Pierre et Miquelon

Colissimo home delivery

• Home delivery takes 11-18 working days. Delivery charges are €22.95 for orders up to €99.99 excluding VAT, and €34.95 for orders of €100 or more. The customer pays on the site in VAT.
• IMPORTANT: For each order, the customer undertakes to pay, to the organization responsible for delivery, the various applicable local taxes linked to customs charges (such as octroi de mer, etc.). In particular, the customer must pay the applicable VAT. 

For Belgium and the Netherlands

• Home delivery takes 4-6 working days. Delivery costs €7.90 for orders under €50.
• For orders over €50, delivery is €2. 

Relay point delivery :

• Relay point delivery takes 4-6 working days. Delivery costs €6.90 for orders under €50.
• For all orders over €50, delivery is free. 

For Germany and Luxembourg

Colissimo home delivery with signature

• Home delivery against signature takes 4-6 working days. Delivery costs €8.90 for orders under €50.
• For orders over €50, delivery is €3. 

Relay point delivery :

• Relay point delivery takes 4-6 working days. Delivery costs €6.90 for orders under €50.
• For all orders over €50, delivery is free. 

For Switzerland

Colissimo home delivery:

• The fee is €14.95 for orders between €0.01 and €90.
• For orders over 90 €, delivery costs 19.95 €. 
• IMPORTANT : Pour la destination de la Suisse, le client n’aura aucun frais de dédouanement supplémentaire à régler à réception tant que le prix total panier (+ livraison) est < 150 € HT. Au delà de ce montant, le client s’engage à régler personnellement les frais de dédouanement et taxes appliqués par les douanes Suisses.

For Ireland, Spain, Austria, Estonia and Italy

Colissimo home delivery with signature:

• Home delivery takes 4-8 working days. Delivery costs €10.90 for orders under €70.
• For orders of €70 or more, delivery is €2.

Delivery Colissimo relais :

For Sweden and Bulgaria

• Free delivery on orders over €100.
