How does the gift card work?
Choose an amount (from €25 to €500), enter the recipient’s name, and, if you’d like, a personal message. After payment, you’ll receive the gift card as a PDF via email, along with its unique code (PA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). The recipient enters this code in the “promo code” field in the shopping cart, exclusively on protealpes.com: the amount is deducted from the order, and the remaining balance stays available until it’s used up.
How is the gift card delivered?
The card is digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email containing the card in PDF format (front and back) along with its unique code. Simply forward it or print it out to give it as a gift. No shipping is required.
How can I check my card balance?
Log in to your account, then open the “Your Gift Card” tab: there you’ll see the remaining balance, the expiration date, and your usage history. The remaining balance is also displayed in the shopping cart when you enter your code.
Is the card refundable or exchangeable?
No. The gift card is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. It also cannot be combined with the purchase of another gift card.
How long is it valid for?
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the card and listed in your account. After this period, any remaining balance can no longer be used.
Does the card also cover shipping costs?
Yes. The balance on the card is first applied to the cost of your items, and then to shipping costs if there is any balance remaining.
Can I combine my card with other promo codes?
Yes, the gift card can be used in combination with other current promotional codes.
I didn't receive my email. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder. If you don't find anything there, contact our customer service team: the card can be resent to you at any time.
