The best for post-workout recovery
Athletes have higher protein requirements due to increased muscle catabolism. An adequate intake of amino acids is therefore necessary to meet the needs associated with stimulating protein synthesis during the recovery phase following muscle exercise. Whey proteins are dietary supplements for athletes that:
- Excellent digestibility
- Almost immediate availability of amino acids
- Are rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAAs
- Absorb faster than most other protein sources, giving them superior anabolic and anti-catabolic effects.
Objectives :
- Improved anaerobic and aerobic performance (strength and endurance)
- Muscular development, lower body fat/lean mass ratio, weight gain, weight control
- Recovering and strengthening muscle fibres damaged during training
Respect for the environment, animals and people

- Low concentration of animals in Rhône-Alpes pastures (up to 2,500 m)
- Small-scale farms in the French Alps (exclusively in the Rhône-Alpes region)
- Traditional breeds with lower yields (Tarines, Abondances), adapted to mountain environments
- Traditional grass and hay diet from the geographical area, GMO-free
- Consistency and sustainable development of the agricultural system in harmony with its environment and the times
What's the difference with other wheys on the market?
We deal directly with a union of dairy producers (Union des Producteurs de Beaufort), which means we don't go through intermediaries, wholesalers or milk giants. This unique proximity to local primary producers ensures total traceability.
We carefully manufacture our nutrition products in Albertville, in the heart of the Alps. The fact that we use no subcontractors and keep and control all stages of production in-house means that we can control the quality of our nutrition products, and in particular that we are certified to NF EN 17444 (formerly NF V94-001), a European anti-doping sports standard.
This standard certifies the absence of doping contaminants in our products, bearing in mind that on average, 15% of dietary supplements on the market contain doping substances such as anabolic steroids (1).

Terms of use
- Pour 150 to 200 ml of liquid (water, plant-based milk, milk, or a mixture) into a shaker, then add 1 serving of whey protein
- Mix in a shaker, shaking up and down.
- Finish with light circular movements of the shaker*.
*As we don't use lecithin (a foam-reducing surfactant), a light layer of foam may appear after mixing too vigorously. This is perfectly normal and will disappear within a few minutes.
Classic use in a shaker, but also in:
Pancakes
Cakes
Other income
Porridges
Shakers
Smoothies

Frequently asked questions
Whey for Athletes: What's in It?
Whey proteins derived from cow’s milk. Our whey is an isolate obtained through microfiltration and ultrafiltration—two mechanical filtration processes performed at cold temperatures without heat treatment to preserve the protein structure. A nearly instantaneous (on the order of a millisecond) spray-drying process then produces a very fine powder.
For athletes, its value lies in its profile: beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin, lactoferrin, and immunoglobulins—proteins rich in essential amino acids and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), which play a role in muscle protein synthesis, as well as glutamic acid, from which the body derives glutamine. Whey first gained popularity in bodybuilding.
Can the Classic line replace a weight gainer?
No, that’s not its purpose. Athletes looking for a calorie surplus to build muscle mass will turn to a weight gainer: these often contain more carbohydrates than protein, ideally with 20 to 25 g of protein for about three times as many carbohydrates. Our classic line provides only the bare minimum of carbohydrates needed to support the protein, thanks to real, whole, unrefined sugar sourced from organic farming. No aspartame or sucralose, whose sweetness can be up to 600 times that of sugar. Since sugar takes up volume, the protein content per 100 g is slightly lower. Once mixed in a shaker, the carbohydrate concentration is around 5%.
Why would an athlete want to take coffee-flavored whey?
Supplement your protein intake, especially when your diet doesn’t provide enough. Protein helps increase and maintain muscle mass. Whey, which is rich in protein, is particularly useful after a workout, although your total daily intake is what matters most.
Why doesn't your coffee whey have the organic certification?
Because the milk used to make our whey powder is not certified organic, which means it cannot be labeled as “French organic whey.” The other ingredients, however, are as organic as possible (vanilla powder, cocoa, natural red fruit flavoring, sugar…), and are inspected and certified by Ecocert. For the milk, we prioritized local sourcing: from pastures in the Rhône-Alpes region, through the extensive supply chain of the Union des Producteurs de Beaufort, our partner, rather than organic milk from a more distant source.
Is your coffee-flavored whey protein enriched with BCAAs?
No. We don’t add anything: no protein, no isolated amino acids. Whey itself provides its own BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), at a rate of 5 to 6 g per serving, which puts it ahead of most plant-based proteins. The other ingredients, primarily cocoa, account for very little.
Foam in the post-workout shaker: Should I be concerned?
No. Proteins foam when they come into contact with a liquid, depending on their purity. Many protein powders contain lecithin (often from soy) to limit this phenomenon; it’s an emulsifying additive that we’ve eliminated, along with all processed soy derivatives. After vigorous shaking, a little foam may form: it will subside on its own.
In hot weather—for example, when the packet is left in a gym bag—the foaming is more pronounced: the heat disrupts the structure that the protein forms with water. Store your powder supply in a cool, dry place, or even in the refrigerator if the packet is tightly sealed: the powder won’t spoil, and the foaming will decrease significantly. Preparation: add the liquid first, then the powder, and mix according to the instructions on the packet.
