The best for post-workout recovery
Athletes have higher protein requirements due to increased muscle catabolism. An adequate intake of amino acids is therefore necessary to meet the needs associated with stimulating protein synthesis during the recovery phase following muscle exercise. Whey proteins are dietary supplements for athletes that:
- Excellent digestibility
- Almost immediate availability of amino acids
- Are rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAAs
- Absorb faster than most other protein sources, giving them superior anabolic and anti-catabolic effects.
Objectives :
- Improved anaerobic and aerobic performance (strength and endurance)
- Muscular development, lower body fat/lean mass ratio, weight gain, weight control
- Recovering and strengthening muscle fibres damaged during training
Respect for the environment, animals and people

- Low concentration of animals in Rhône-Alpes pastures (up to 2,500 m)
- Small-scale farms in the French Alps (exclusively in the Rhône-Alpes region)
- Traditional breeds with lower yields (Tarines, Abondances), adapted to mountain environments
- Traditional grass and hay diet from the geographical area, GMO-free
- Consistency and sustainable development of the agricultural system in harmony with its environment and the times
What's the difference with other wheys on the market?
We deal directly with a union of dairy producers (Union des Producteurs de Beaufort), which means we don't go through intermediaries, wholesalers or milk giants. This unique proximity to local primary producers ensures total traceability.
We carefully manufacture our nutrition products in Albertville, in the heart of the Alps. The fact that we use no subcontractors and keep and control all stages of production in-house means that we can control the quality of our nutrition products, and in particular that we are certified to NF EN 17444 (formerly NF V94-001), a European anti-doping sports standard.
This standard certifies the absence of doping contaminants in our products, bearing in mind that on average, 15% of dietary supplements on the market contain doping substances such as anabolic steroids (1).

Terms of use
- Pour 150 to 200 ml of liquid (water, plant-based milk, milk, or a mixture) into a shaker, then add 1 serving of whey protein
- Mix in a shaker, shaking up and down.
- Finish with light circular movements of the shaker*.
*As we don't use lecithin (a foam-reducing surfactant), a light layer of foam may appear after mixing too vigorously. This is perfectly normal and will disappear within a few minutes.
Classic use in a shaker, but also in:
Pancakes
Cakes
Other income
Porridges
Shakers
Smoothies

Frequently asked questions
What is whey protein?
Whey protein comes from whey, one of the fractions of cow’s milk. Ours is an isolate: the whey is mechanically filtered (microfiltration and ultrafiltration) at cold temperatures and without heat treatment to minimize protein denaturation. It is then spray-dried in a matter of milliseconds, resulting in a very fine powder.
The main proteins in whey are beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin, lactoferrin, and immunoglobulins. They are rich in essential amino acids and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), which contribute to muscle protein synthesis: this is what first earned whey its place in bodybuilding. They also contain a lot of glutamic acid (glutamate), a precursor to glutamine.
Is the classic whey line a weight gainer?
No. A weight gainer typically contains more carbohydrates than protein: ideally, a serving of 20 to 25 g of protein with about three times as many carbohydrates. It’s designed to provide a lot of calories, for example, during a bulking phase. Our classic line, on the other hand, contains only the minimum amount of carbohydrates to complement the protein.
We sweeten it with real, whole, unrefined, organic sugar rather than artificial sweeteners like aspartame or sucralose, which are up to 600 times sweeter than sugar. This sugar adds bulk to the mixture, resulting in a slightly lower protein content per 100 g of finished product. Once mixed in a shaker, the mixture contains about 5% carbohydrates.
Why aren't your products certified organic?
We use ingredients from organic farming as much as possible (sugar, vanilla powder, cocoa, natural red berry flavoring, etc.), which are inspected and certified by Ecocert. However, the milk used to produce our whey powder is not certified organic; therefore, we cannot market our product as French organic whey. We chose to use local milk—sourced from pastures in the Rhône-Alpes region and from the extensive farming system of our partner, the Union des Producteurs de Beaufort—rather than organic milk, for which we could not have guaranteed the same local sourcing.
Why consume whey?
Whey is primarily intended for athletes who want to supplement their protein intake, especially when their diet does not provide enough. Protein helps increase and maintain muscle mass. Rich in protein, whey is often consumed after a workout; however, it is the total daily intake that matters most.
Do you add BCAAs to your whey?
No, we do not add any additional protein or amino acids. Most of the amino acids come from our whey powder, which is naturally rich in BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), with 5 to 6 g per serving—more than most plant-based proteins. The rest comes from other ingredients, such as cocoa, in negligible amounts.
Why does a layer of foam develop after mixing?
Proteins naturally foam when mixed with a liquid, to a greater or lesser extent depending on their purity. To limit this phenomenon, many protein powders contain lecithin, most often soy lecithin. It is an emulsifying additive, and we have chosen not to use it—nor any other processed ingredients derived from soy. Our whey may therefore foam slightly after vigorous mixing: this foam is temporary and perfectly normal.
In hot weather, it may be more abundant, as heat alters the structure of the proteins when they come into contact with water. Tip: Store your packet in a cool, dry place—such as a basement—or even in the refrigerator if it’s tightly sealed. This won’t affect the quality of the powder, and it will significantly reduce foaming. For best results, first pour the liquid into the shaker, then add the powder, and mix as directed on the back of the package.
