The best for post-workout recovery
Athletes have higher protein requirements due to increased muscle catabolism. An adequate intake of amino acids is therefore necessary to meet the needs associated with stimulating protein synthesis during the recovery phase following muscle exercise. Whey proteins are dietary supplements for athletes that:
- Excellent digestibility
- Almost immediate availability of amino acids
- Are rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAAs
- Absorb faster than most other protein sources, giving them superior anabolic and anti-catabolic effects.
Objectives :
- Improved anaerobic and aerobic performance (strength and endurance)
- Muscular development, lower body fat/lean mass ratio, weight gain, weight control
- Recovering and strengthening muscle fibres damaged during training
Respect for the environment, animals and people

- Low concentration of animals in Rhône-Alpes pastures (up to 2,500 m)
- Small-scale farms in the French Alps (exclusively in the Rhône-Alpes region)
- Traditional breeds with lower yields (Tarines, Abondances), adapted to mountain environments
- Traditional grass and hay diet from the geographical area, GMO-free
- Consistency and sustainable development of the agricultural system in harmony with its environment and the times
What's the difference with other wheys on the market?
We deal directly with a union of dairy producers (Union des Producteurs de Beaufort), which means we don't go through intermediaries, wholesalers or milk giants. This unique proximity to local primary producers ensures total traceability.
We carefully manufacture our nutrition products in Albertville, in the heart of the Alps. The fact that we use no subcontractors and keep and control all stages of production in-house means that we can control the quality of our nutrition products, and in particular that we are certified to NF EN 17444 (formerly NF V94-001), a European anti-doping sports standard.
This standard certifies the absence of doping contaminants in our products, bearing in mind that on average, 15% of dietary supplements on the market contain doping substances such as anabolic steroids (1).

Terms of use
- Pour 150 to 200 ml of liquid (water, plant-based milk, milk, or a mixture) into a shaker, then add 1 serving of whey protein
- Mix in a shaker, shaking up and down.
- Finish with light circular movements of the shaker*.
*As we don't use lecithin (a foam-reducing surfactant), a light layer of foam may appear after mixing too vigorously. This is perfectly normal and will disappear within a few minutes.
Classic use in a shaker, but also in:

Long-time customer, first time I've tasted the Mint flavor, and frankly it's excellent. With cold water, it's really good and refreshing. Bravo for the quality of the products!

Frequently asked questions
Whey protein: What is it?
These are whey proteins, a fraction of cow’s milk. Our whey is an isolate. The whey is mechanically filtered (microfiltration, ultrafiltration) at cold temperatures, without heating, thereby preserving the structure of the proteins. Spray-drying takes about one millisecond and produces a very fine powder.
Composition: primarily beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, bovine serum albumin, lactoferrin, and immunoglobulins. These proteins are rich in essential amino acids and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine). The latter contribute to muscle protein synthesis, which is why whey is used in bodybuilding. Another distinctive feature: it contains a high amount of glutamic acid (glutamate), from which glutamine is derived.
Is the Classic Mint Whey a mass gainer?
No. Weight gainers focus on calories, often containing more carbohydrates than protein—about three times as much, ideally with 20 to 25 g of protein—to support muscle gain. Our classic line keeps carbohydrates to a minimum, just enough to complement the protein.
It’s sweetened with real, unrefined, whole, organic sugar. No aspartame or sucralose—the latter of which can be up to 600 times sweeter than sugar. The logical consequence: the sugar adds bulk, and the powder is slightly less concentrated in protein per 100 g. Ready to drink, the beverage contains about 5% carbohydrates.
Is your mint whey certified organic?
No, and the reason has to do with the milk. Our other ingredients are organic whenever possible (vanilla powder, sugar, cocoa, natural red fruit flavoring…), and are Ecocert-certified and inspected. The milk used for our whey powder, however, is not: so there is no “French organic whey.” Our priority has been local sourcing: milk from the Rhône-Alpes region, supplied through the extensive network of our partner, the Union des Producteurs de Beaufort, whose cows graze locally. Organic milk wouldn’t have offered us the same level of local sourcing.
Why should you try our mint-flavored whey?
To supplement your protein intake when exercising, especially if your diet doesn’t provide enough. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass. Whey is rich in protein. It’s often taken after a workout, but what matters most is your total daily intake.
Are there any added BCAAs?
No. Zero added protein, zero added amino acids. Our BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) come from whey, which is naturally rich in them: 5 to 6 g per serving, more than most plant-based proteins. The cocoa and other ingredients account for almost nothing in the total.
Foam in the shaker: Why does this happen, and what should you do?
Why: All proteins foam when they come into contact with a liquid, and the intensity of the foam depends on the protein’s purity. Many recipes address this by adding lecithin, often soy lecithin. It’s an emulsifying additive: we don’t add it, and we don’t use any processed soy derivatives. The result: a little foam after vigorous mixing—it’s temporary and normal. Heat makes this foaming more pronounced, as it disrupts the balance between protein and water.
What to do: Keep the packet in a cool, dry place—in the pantry or even the refrigerator—and make sure it’s tightly sealed. This will prevent the powder from spoiling and significantly reduce foaming. When preparing: add the liquid first, then the powder, and mix according to the package instructions.
