A complete source of protein, whether after exercise or as part of your daily routine
Exercise increases muscle catabolism and raises protein requirements. An adequate intake of amino acids is therefore essential to support protein synthesis, both during recovery and in daily life, especially when the diet includes fewer animal proteins.
Pea protein isolates are dietary supplements for sports nutrition that:
- Are rich in BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine)
- Are highly digestible
- Provide a naturally complete amino acid profile, including all 9 essential amino acids
Objectives :
- To supplement daily protein intake, particularly as part of a vegetarian, vegan, or flexitarian diet
- Supporting protein needs for both strength and endurance training
- Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass
- Provide the amino acids needed to repair muscle fibers that are worked during training
Respect for the environment and for people

- Certified organic by Ecocert FR
- Non-GMO seeds from Puris's in-house program
- North American farmers with direct ties to Puris, a family-owned company
- A low-maintenance crop: the yellow pea, a legume, fixes atmospheric nitrogen, naturally enriches the soil, and requires little water
- A fully sail-powered transatlantic voyage with Grain de Sail, with lower carbon emissions from the United States
How does it differ from other plant-based proteins on the market?
On the market, plant-based proteins are primarily extracted in Asia, often from raw materials sourced from the United States and/or Asia, and their traceability is lost as they pass through various intermediaries. We have chosen to work directly with Puris, a family-owned American company that controls the entire supply chain, from seed to powder: non-GMO seeds developed in-house, organic peas grown in North America by contract farmers, and extraction carried out in its own facilities. This model, which is rare in the industry, allows us to trace every batch back to the field.
Our nutrition products are then carefully crafted in Albertville, in the heart of the Alps. Formulation, packaging, and shipping are all carried out at our facilities, without any subcontractors. They are developed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the European anti-doping standard NF EN 17444, which replaced the French standard NF V94-001.
This voluntary standard governs manufacturing to limit the risk of doping substances being present—a very real concern: in an international study of 634 supplements purchased in 2000–2001, approximately 15% contained anabolic steroids (primarily prohormones) that were not listed on the label (1).

Terms of use
- Pour 250–300 ml of liquid (water, plant-based milk, or a mixture) into a shaker, then add 1 serving of organic plant-based protein.
- Mix in a shaker, shaking up and down.
- Finish with light circular movements of the shaker*.
*As we don't use lecithin (a foam-reducing surfactant), a light layer of foam may appear after mixing too vigorously. This is perfectly normal and will disappear within a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What is pea protein?
Pea protein is derived from yellow peas, a legume. Our isolate is extracted with water through mechanical separation, without the use of chemical solvents: this process separates and concentrates the pea proteins while preserving their nutritional profile, before drying to produce a fine powder.
Pea proteins are primarily globulins (legumin and vicilin) and albumins. Composed of amino acids, they offer a naturally complete profile, containing all the essential amino acids. Peas are rich in arginine and lysine, as well as BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine), which contribute to muscle protein synthesis. Their more moderate content of sulfur-containing amino acids (methionine and cysteine) is easily balanced in a varied diet.
Is the classic range a gainer?
A weight gainer is a protein product that often contains more carbohydrates than protein. Ideally, it provides 20 to 25 g of protein and about three times as many carbohydrates: its purpose is to provide, in addition to protein, a large number of calories for people looking to gain weight. Our classic line is therefore not a weight gainer: it contains only the minimum amount of carbohydrates needed to complement the protein, with a slight contribution to replenishing glycogen stores.
We have chosen to use sugar rather than artificial sweeteners such as sucralose or aspartame, which can be up to 600 times sweeter. Sugar adds volume and mass to the mixture, resulting in a slightly lower protein concentration per 100 g of finished product. Once mixed in a shaker, the drink contains about 5% carbohydrates.
Why should you consume pea protein?
It is intended for athletes, preferably after a workout: protein helps increase and maintain muscle mass. It is also a good source of amino acids to supplement your daily protein intake, particularly as part of a vegetarian, vegan, or flexitarian diet.
Do you add BCAAs to your plant-based protein?
We do not add any protein or amino acid supplements. Most of the amino acids come from our pea isolate, which is rich in BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and arginine. The rest comes from other ingredients—such as cocoa—in negligible amounts. If a product’s ingredient list mentions “BCAA,” “L-leucine,” or “EAA,” these are isolated amino acids added to the protein—a practice we have chosen not to follow.
