Supporting protein synthesis, from workouts to everyday life
Physical exertion increases muscle catabolism and, as a result, raises protein requirements. To support protein synthesis, an adequate intake of amino acids is essential—both during recovery and as part of daily life—especially when the proportion of animal protein in the diet is lower.
Pea protein isolates are dietary supplements for sports nutrition that:
- They are notable for their high BCAA content (leucine, isoleucine, valine)
- Are highly digestible
- Provide a naturally complete amino acid profile: all 9 essential amino acids are present
Objectives :
- Supplement daily protein intake, especially in vegetarian, vegan, or flexitarian diets
- Supporting protein needs for strength and endurance training
- Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass
- Provide the amino acids needed to repair muscle fibers that have been strained during exercise
Respect for the environment and for people

- Organic farming certified by Ecocert FR
- Non-GMO seeds developed and propagated in-house by Puris
- North American farmers under direct contract with Puris, a family-owned business
- Because it is a legume, the yellow pea fixes nitrogen from the air, naturally enriches the soil, and requires little water
- Transatlantic transport carried out entirely under sail by Grain de Sail, for a lower-carbon shipment from the United States
How does it differ from other plant-based proteins on the market?
For a “standard” plant-based protein, extraction is most often carried out in Asia, using peas sourced from the United States and/or Asia, and the supply chain involves so many intermediaries that traceability is lost. We chose to partner with Puris, a family-owned American company that controls the entire supply chain: its own non-GMO seeds, organic peas grown in North America by contract farmers, and extraction carried out in its own facilities. This rare approach makes it possible to trace every batch back to the field.
Our nutrition products are then manufactured in the Alps, in Albertville. We handle the formulation, packaging, and shipping ourselves, without using any subcontractors. They are developed and manufactured in accordance with the European standard NF EN 17444 (anti-doping), which replaced the French standard NF V94-001.
This voluntary standard sets guidelines for practices designed to limit the risk of doping substances being present. The stakes are very real: of 634 supplements analyzed in an international study (purchases made in 2000–2001), approximately 15% contained undeclared anabolic steroids (1).

Terms of use
- Pour 250–300 ml of liquid (water, plant-based milk, or a mixture) into a shaker, then add 1 serving of organic plant-based protein.
- Mix in a shaker, shaking up and down.
- Finish with light circular movements of the shaker*.
*As we don't use lecithin (a foam-reducing surfactant), a light layer of foam may appear after mixing too vigorously. This is perfectly normal and will disappear within a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Where does your plant-based protein come from?
Yellow peas, a legume. Because they are rich in protein, the protein can be extracted using water, through mechanical separation and without chemical solvents. The dried powder, or isolate, contains at least 80% protein. It contains all the essential amino acids and is rich in BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine); only methionine and cysteine are present in smaller amounts, which a varied diet easily compensates for.
Why isn't the Classic line a weight-gainer?
Because a weight gainer serves another purpose: to provide plenty of calories, often with more carbohydrates than protein (ideally 20 to 25 g of protein for about three times as many carbohydrates). Because we limit ourselves to a moderate intake of carbohydrates to accompany the protein. And because we sweeten with real sugar, never with sweeteners that are up to 600 times sweeter, such as sucralose. Sugar adds bulk, resulting in a slightly lower protein concentration per 100 g of finished product. After reconstitution: approximately 5% carbohydrates.
Why choose organically grown peas?
Because it is inspected and certified by Ecocert and is GMO-free. Because farmers in North America work under direct contracts with Puris, a family-owned company. Because this legume fixes nitrogen from the air without requiring much water. And because we want to take this approach all the way: sugar, vanilla powder, and cocoa are organic whenever possible.
Why add plant-based protein to your diet?
Because athletes, vegetarians, vegans, and flexitarians may want to supplement their protein intake. Because protein helps build and maintain muscle mass. Because protein isolate is a good source of amino acids and is naturally lactose-free. It doesn’t matter when you take it—whether after a workout or as a snack—it’s the daily amount that counts.
Why not add some BCAAs?
Because peas already contain them naturally: they’re rich in leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Because we refuse to add protein or isolated amino acids to the recipe. Because cocoa and the other ingredients make up only a negligible portion. And to help you read labels with confidence: “BCAA,” “L-leucine,” or “EAA” listed as an ingredient means that isolated amino acids have been added.
Why is there sometimes foam or a buildup?
Because proteins foam when they come into contact with liquid, although pea protein foams less than whey. Because we use no lecithin, no gum, and no emulsifiers. Because, without stabilizers, a slight sediment may also form in this naturally thicker drink. To minimize this: add the liquid before the powder, mix vigorously, give it another shake before drinking, and store the packet away from heat.
